LastPass can be used offline. However, you must have accessed your account at the least once on the device that you are currently using. LastPass must be enabled in your account settings to allow you to view your vault offline. The resolve the problem. First, uninstall your current LastPass web browser extension and then reinstall it. You can remove the LastPass extension form your browser's extensions list and then add it again from the extension shop: Chrome instructions.
If LastPass for Chrome is not working, Startup Chrome will open. Right-click on the LastPass Icon and select Manage Extension. Make sure that Developer Mode is selected in the upper right. Click on Background to find the LastPass tile. No service problems have been found at this time. LastPass customers might be having issues logging in or retrieving vaults.
