As part of a live stream, it was confirmed that the second season of “Rent-A-Girlfriend” (Jap.: “Kanojo, Okarishimasu”) will be broadcast in 2022. A specific date and further details are still pending.
The first season of the romance comedy series was directed by Kazuomi Koga (“Just Because!”) at studio TMS Entertainment (Spirit Chronicles, Dr. Stone, ReLIFE, Kamisama Kiss, Megalo Box and Rent-a-Girlfriend). Mitsutaka Hirota (“Digimon Adventure tri.”) was responsible for the series composition, while Kanna Hirayama contributed to the character design.
