Tadalista 60 mg  is used orally only. About 1 hour before sexual activity, the recommended dose is 20 mg as needed. Depending on individual efficacy and tolerability, the dose can be increased to 40 mg or reduced to 10 mg. Taking Tadalista with a meal may delay the onset of action, compared with taking the medicine on an empty stomach.
