Based on check-in, Southwest determines boarding orders. Within each of the three zones (A, B, and C), they are assigned a number from 1 to 60. (for example, the A1 board is first, and the C60 board is last). On a first-come, first-served basis, the airline gives the most options to those who board first & Southwest Airlines Seat Selection.
