- Click on the Windows button on your PC, then go to the Control panel and then click on uninstall a program. Find the Webroot Antivirus option and put a right-click. And then on Uninstall.
- Choose the “I plan to reinstall a Webroot product; please leave my settings behind” chance. Click “No Thanks” and further click on the next button so it will take you to the next page.
- After the completion of the above-mentioned process, click on restart now.
- After the restart, go to any browser and type” webroot.com/secure.” Click on Sign-in and login into your account.
- After signing in, click on Agree & Download to download the Webroot software.
- After downloading, go to the file and then keep clicking on the next option and then finally install. www.webroot.com/safe
