If you are stuck with why is my printer not connecting to my computer issue, then you must restart the printer spooler service. Follow these steps to restart the printer spooler service:-
1. Go to the Start menu and search for services and click on it.
2. Double click on the Print Spooler option in the services window.
3. Then click on stop and then click OK.
4. Then again go to the search box and type %WINDIR%system32spoolprinters and then delete all the contents of the folder.
5. Then again open the printer spooler and restart the service.
