For certain business owners, managers, and open-source suppliers, RMM software tools equates to unsafe, non-compliant systems. They prefer commercial RMM software whose vendor offers quality, security, and compliance certifications to win over the faith and confidence of their clients and partners. Nonetheless, a lot of businesses continue to favor open source RMM software over proprietary software. Why? Most lines of code in private software are open sources, and the software might still fail regardless of the effort and money invested in it.
