Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and issue a replacement or refund, including shipping costs, once the item is received and inspected.

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for the return. Items returned without an RMA number may not be accepted.
