My daily routine for SSB includes:
1 hour of mental ability (PPDT, TAT practice)
30 mins of English speaking and GD prep
Regular fitness drills (running, push-ups, obstacle prep)
Evening review of current affairs
Iām training at LWS Pune, which I honestly believe is the best AFCAT coaching in Pune, especially because their SSB sessions are handled by retired defence officers. We get mock interviews, personality assessments, and personalized feedback. Their holistic focus helps me work on both confidence and structure.
