Vidalista 2.5 mg is a low-dose Tadalafil medication used to treat mild erectile dysfunction (ED) and sometimes benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Because it already contains an active PDE5 inhibitor (Tadalafil), it should not be taken with other ED drugs—such as Sildenafil (Cenforce, Fildena), Vardenafil (Vilitra), or Avanafil (Avana)—without a doctor’s approval.
Combining Vidalista 2.5 Mg with other ED medications can increase the risk of serious side effects, including low blood pressure, dizziness, fainting, vision problems, or priapism (a prolonged erection). Both drugs work by increasing blood flow to the penis, and using them together can dangerously amplify their effects on the cardiovascular system.
However, in specific medical cases, a doctor may adjust dosages or recommend a transition plan when switching from one ED medication to another. Typically, men should wait at least 24–48 hours after taking another ED drug before using Vidalista 2.5 mg.
