Malegra 100 mg contains Sildenafil citrate, a PDE5 inhibitor widely used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). Its mechanism of action is closely linked to the molecule cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), which plays a key role in regulating blood flow in the penis.
