I keep seeing so many lists claiming to reveal the best perfume
, but everyone seems to have a different opinion. Is the “best” scent based on longevity, projection, ingredients, or just personal taste? Do designer fragrances really outperform affordable ones, or is it mostly branding? I’d love to hear which perfumes you think truly deserve the title and why.
