My journey with yoga began over ten years ago, during a period of transition and change in my life. I was looking for a way to reconnect with myself and give myself more attention. Yoga became my sanctuary, a place where I could fully reconnect with my inner world, dedicate time and therefore importance to myself.Having lived for 17 years with an autoimmune disease and almost daily pain, I have embarked on a long quest to improve my physical, psychological and emotional state and find comfort.Visit Now : retraite yoga et méditation
